Schwan's Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a night shift in Sioux Falls, SD. Starting pay is $33.50 per hour, with a $2.00 shift differential for hours 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with food-grade standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including multiple health, dental and vision plans, 401k with company match, and generous PTO/holiday time.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree in a specialized maintenance trade preferred.
• 0–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to complete work orders and enter required paperwork into a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
