Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I - R&M for the Corona, CA property. This full-time role requires hands-on maintenance to support brand standards and owner expectations.

You will perform painting, routine PMs and inspections, and respond to maintenance issues, using the Quore App for checklists and work orders. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial property maintenance experience preferred
• Hotel/Multi-family unit housing maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Paint guestrooms, public space and work areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/task and preventative maintenance requirements
• Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly regular PM program in accordance with the organizations standards
• Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper any housekeeping issues
• Perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable
• Addresses all maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance
