Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience and knowledge in apartment maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and have own tools and vehicle.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Respond to resident and tenant service requests.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds.
• Assist with apartment and office turnovers.
• Maintain tools and support seasonal maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
