A well‑established Real Estate Development and Property Management firm is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician Level 2 to join their team in Manchester NH.

A good candidate will have maintenance experience and a great attitude. Must have good knowledge in apartment maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general carpentry. Appliance repair is a plus. Ability to diagnose issues and must have own tools, vehicle and state issued driver’s license.

The technician assists with preventive maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers, and service requests to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
