The role offers hands-on training, a Monday–Friday schedule, 8-hour shifts, and potential pay increases after training. Pay ranges $16–$22 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Ford F-450 truck with trailer preferred.
• Must own a smartphone and have reliable daily transportation.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining properties as if they were your own.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Trash and debris removal.
• Seasonal tasks like shoveling and lawn care.
• Delivery runs and hauling (heavy lifting required).
• Assisting the maintenance supervisor with daily tasks and property needs.
