Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED and other technical certifications for servicing industrial equipment.
• At least 2-3 years of preventive maintenance in hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet OEE and customer quality expectations.
• Proactively address inefficiencies of production equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical problems as directed.
• Operate power tools safely to avoid injury.
• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks as outlined by Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain records for EAM and parts management.
• Coordinate equipment training and employee development with managers.
• Participate in plant teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate Powered Industrial Truck, Boom Lift and Scissor Lift per OSHA guidelines.
