Job summary

Ring Container Technologies seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician II to ensure safe, efficient plant operation. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems, and manage equipment changeovers.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma, relevant technical certifications, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience servicing industrial equipment in manufacturing, with strict adherence to GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; technical certifications preferred.
5+ years' experience in hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing.
Experience servicing industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment to meet OEE and quality targets.
Install, troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment including wiring, motors, and controls.
Read schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and machine manuals to diagnose issues.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical problems as directed by management.
Perform preventative maintenance and mold changeovers as scheduled.
Maintain records in CMMS/EAM and coordinate with managers on training needs.
