Job summary
Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep resort facilities running smoothly, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and hands-on maintenance experience. Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
- Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
- Order supplies promptly to complete projects.
- Coordinate or inspect heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
