Bluewater Linen is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Albuquerque. This entry-level role focuses on the daily care, maintenance, and safe operation of our hospitality linen facility.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of general maintenance and repair.
• Will learn HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks on specialized equipment (training provided).
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Support preventative maintenance routines for entire plant operations.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of equipment, tools, and mechanical spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service.
