Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with laundry or boiler room equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and startup procedures.
• Repair or replace defective parts; test equipment.
• Lubricate and maintain mechanical systems.
• Operate welding equipment and forklifts safely.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and HAZMAT guidelines.
• Maintain logs and work orders.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks.
