Qualifications

• Basic understanding of general maintenance and repair.
• Willingness to learn HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities as needed.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Support preventative maintenance routines across the plant.
• Inspect facilities to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of equipment, tools, and spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with courteous service.
• Maintain clean and organized engineering workshop and spaces.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines.
• Assist senior staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
