Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Portland, OR. The role supports property upkeep, completes routine service requests, performs basic repairs, and contributes to make-ready tasks. You will work Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with on-call rotation and safety-focused practices. Ideal candidates have 1+ year maintenance/porter experience and basic exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.

Qualifications

1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Maintain property grounds and common areas.
Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
Support on-call and emergency service requests.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a basic personal tool kit.
Complete required training and compliance courses.
