Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) in Bow, Washington seeks a Maintenance - Level I to perform a range of property upkeep tasks, including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and groundskeeping. You’ll help keep amenity spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained, and collaborate with management to meet quality standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and groundskeeping.
• Ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards set by ELS.
• Maintain amenity spaces and keep grounds clean and debris-free.
• Work with management to keep property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings and communicate with vendors and staff.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
