Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) is seeking a Maintenance - Level II for its Wisconsin properties. You will perform diverse maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial duties, collaborating with a team to maintain high-quality standards.

The role requires a driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call after hours. On-site work with occasional truck duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and keep them in good working order.
• Keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
• Collaborate with management to ensure a clean, safe, and appealing property.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and tasks.
• Communicate with other maintenance staff, management and team on special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor and manage maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
