You will be responsible for daily repair and upkeep, preparing vacant units, maintaining supplies, and responding to resident requests under supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician.
• Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability.
• Irrigation knowledge.

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Responsive, courteous, and efficient in handling resident requests.
