Job summary

Willow Ridge in Charlotte, NC is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to support repairs, unit turns, and daily upkeep to keep our community clean, safe, and move-in ready.

You will assist with apartment and common area repairs, unit make-readies, painting, light plumbing, and general maintenance. This role offers on-site work, safety focus, and opportunities for growth within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general maintenance experience required; multifamily is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of tools, appliances, HVAC and plumbing.
• Ability and willingness to obtain certifications (CPO/HVAC).
• Must be able to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Responsibilities
