Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years or less (minimum of 3 months) of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Possess CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to identify materials and tasks.
• Operates power tools and vehicles, keeping them in good order.
• Coordinate with agency staff and outside contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Perform ground maintenance: lawn care, snow removal, flower beds, shrubs, trees.
• Travel to various locations for site maintenance.
