@the Grounds is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, and help install new equipment to keep our facilities functioning smoothly.
The role requires outdoor work, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and possession of a California Driver’s License. Training and safety procedures are provided as part of your development.

This role requires regular standing, stooping, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, twisting, and sitting. Frequent repetitive hand movements are necessary, along with the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, where you may be exposed to various conditions such as grease, smoke, fumes, chemicals, electrical currents (requiring specialized protective equipment), and varying weather. Operation of assigned equipment and vehicles is also required. You must have the ability to speak, hear, and see, with vision requirements including close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
