Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to identify materials and quantities
• Operates power tools and vehicles and maintains them in proper working order
• Coordinates with staff and outside contractors for maintenance and repairs
• Maintains groundkeeping tasks including lawn care, snow removal, plants and trees
• Maintains inventory, equipment, and preventive maintenance records
• Responds to emergency situations and performs move-in/move-out inspections
• Reads and applies applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Works with Maintenance Manager to ensure smooth operations
