Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or vocational training in welding, electrical or mechanical repair, and refrigeration or hydraulics.
• Must have good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Industry experience preferred in poultry or food processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in equipment repair and preventative maintenance to meet production requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and consult with engineers/vendors as needed.
• Ensure safety policies and regulations are followed, per Simmons and government guidance.
• Participate in team meetings and support LEAN principles across the operation.
