Job summary

Apache Mills, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the maintenance team by conducting skilled repairs on production machinery and auxiliary equipment during the assigned shift.

The role requires communicating machinery status to determine resource and part needs and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping to sustain 6S principles. The candidate should have 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience, basic mechanical knowledge, and ability to read English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of Industrial maintenance experience.
• Basic Mechanical knowledge.
• Basic Math skills/ read and write English.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools; can read tape measure, calipers, and filler gauge.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled repairs on production machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot gearboxes, motors, and related components to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and comply with safety procedures.
• Communicate machinery status to determine resource and parts needs.
