Job summary

Apache Mills, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Day shift in Calhoun, GA. The role focuses on skilled repairs of production machinery with emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and prompt communication of status to ensure resources and parts meet demand.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience, plus arc flash, storm water, and LOTO training. Basic welding and PPE usage are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Arc flash, storm water, and LOTO training required or prior exposure.
• Ability to repair mechanical systems on presses, heat transfers, baggers, ovens and related equipment.
• Basic welding skills and PPE usage understood.
• Electrical knowledge considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain production machinery and auxiliary equipment on assigned shift.
• Read and follow SOPs, SOCs and LOTO procedures for safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment problems.
• Maintain operating logs and report faults or deficiencies.
• Promote 6S housekeeping and safe work environment.
