Job summary

Apache Mills, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance team by conducting skilled repairs on production machinery during the swing/day shift. The role emphasizes safe operation, quality workmanship, and clear communication of status to determine parts and resources.

A high school diploma and specialized maintenance training are required. Qualified candidates should have 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, arc flash/storm water/LOTO training, welding

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Industrial maintenance experience.
• Arc flash, Storm water, and LOTO training required.
• Able to repair mechanical on presses, heat transfers, baggers, ovens, pneumatics/hydraulics.
• Basic welding skills and PPE usage.
• Read and follow SOPs/SOCs and safety procedures.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled repairs on production machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Communicate machinery status to determine parts and resources.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs.
• Maintain operating logs and document faults or deficiencies.
• Work in a team and assist higher level technicians as needed.
• Follow SOPs, SOCs, and work orders; adhere to safety procedures.
