Job summary

Dal-Tile in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to operate and repair machines used in tile production. You will make adjustments for proper operation and perform electrical and mechanical duties. This role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of electrical code, and at least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.

• Knowledge of electrical code is required; PLC training is preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) expected.

Responsibilities

• Operates and performs electrical and mechanical duties on production machines.
• Dismantles machines and performs repairs.
• Makes adjustments to machines and equipment for proper operation.
• Performs electrical repairs and installations.
• Performs welding and plumbing repairs.
• Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance procedures.
• Informs supervisor of equipment status and issues.
