Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate and repair tile production machinery. You will diagnose equipment problems, dismantle and repair machines, and adjust equipment for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of electrical code; PLC training preferred.
• 1+ year industrial maintenance experience.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose trouble on machines and equipment used in tile production.
• Dismantle machines and perform repairs.
• Make adjustments to machines and equipment for proper operation.
• Perform electrical repairs and installations.
• Perform welding and plumbing repairs.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance procedures.
• Inform supervisor of operational status and problems.
• Follow ISO operating procedures.
• Keep the work area safe, clean and organized.
