Job summary

IPSY in Belton, MO is seeking a foundational Technician I to perform routine preventative maintenance, safely operate basic repair tools, and help sustain day-to-day conveyor uptime at our fulfillment center.

Shift: Weekend (Fri–Mon, 7:00–17:30, with coverage for 1st and 2nd shifts as needed) and onsite. You will follow safety protocols, conduct basic inspections, log maintenance activities, and support parts replacement as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LOTO safety protocols.
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read manuals and logs.

Responsibilities

• Execute Safety Protocols: perform basic LOTO to ensure zero-energy pockets near work locations.
• Perform System Inspections: identify hazards from mechanical movement and electrical shock; complete fall hazard training.
• Conduct Field Maintenance: use drills, impacts, and hand tools for basic mechanical updates and verify fastener sizes.
• Support Part Replacements: track conveyor parts and maintain daily maintenance logs.
