Job summary

IPSY is seeking an autonomous Industrial Maintenance Technician II to manage mechanical failures, execute component changes, and fabricate parts on active material‑handling conveyors at our Belton, MO fulfillment center. You’ll address emergency maintenance across operations, perform preventive maintenance, and complete related work orders to keep daily production on track.

We offer rotating shifts, onsite supervision by the Maintenance Manager, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• OSHA and NFPA safety compliance emphasized.
• Industrial conveyance and sortation maintenance experience.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repairs.
• Experience using CMMS and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Proficiency with Office and/or Google Suite.
• Note: ability to work from heights and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead On-Site LOTO and confirm safety isolation before crews work.
• Operate shop equipment to fabricate or repair parts for active projects.
• Troubleshoot system sortation and diagnose belt alignment issues.
• Maintain Hazmat safety logs and conduct routine on‑the‑floor inspections.
