EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Nohona Hale, a 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. The role focuses on minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting with painting and unit turnover.

Requires 1+ year in apartment maintenance, CADL/driver license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills. Salary ranges from $19.95 to $30.40 per hour with new-hire DOE adjustments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing tasks such as toilet and faucet repairs.
• Paint and prep work for interior units and common areas.
• Electrical repairs including switches, bulbs, and circuits.
• Replace/adjust locks and door hardware as needed.
• Repair screen doors and sheetrock when required.
• Prepare turnover units and complete tasks within 5 days.
