Qualifications

• 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance.
• CADL license and clean DMV required.
• Reliable transportation and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing repairs in rental units.
• Paint interior and common areas as needed.
• Conduct electrical repairs and safety checks.
• Assist in turnover and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records and report issues promptly.
