Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Kukui Gardens, a 398-unit affordable community in Honolulu, HI. You will perform diverse maintenance tasks across the property, including plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep, with a focus on timely unit turnover and preventive care.

You should have 2+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• All facets of maintenance tasks across a property.
• Interior wall and door repairs.
• Electrical repairs (fixtures, lighting, outlets, switches).
• Change AC filters, inspect coils, perform cleaning/repairs as needed.
• Conduct annual unit inspections.
• Ensure turnover of units within 5 days.
