Job summary

Plymouth Tube in Salisbury is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to Install, maintain, and repair machinery and electrical systems. The role supports plant safety and equipment effectiveness, reporting to the Maintenance Manager on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm).

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, diagnosing issues, dismantling and repairing or replacing parts, and performing PM tasks to reduce downtime and improve mean time between failures. A two-year certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.

• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to PM program.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards.
