Standard Process Inc. in Palmyra, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, a technical degree, and proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, support safety standards, and collaborate with contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical degree in Industrial Technology or related field is required; related experience considered.
• Experience in mechanical repairs including drives, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Experience with building systems and basic utility repairs.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency repairs of production equipment and preventive maintenance during service windows.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep work areas clean.
