Job summary

Lief Labs in Valencia, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I (1st shift: 5am-1:30pm) to keep production equipment and facilities running smoothly. You will contribute to reliability, safety, and quality in a GMP environment while supporting continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with PM and break-fix repairs, and familiarity with CMMS and electrical/mechanical systems.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience with preventative maintenance and break-fix repairs.
Ability to work 1st shift (5am-1:30pm, overtime and weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Diagnose and repair production equipment during operation and breakdowns.
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering on root cause analysis.
Support plant goals in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Complete and document work orders in CMMS systems on time.
