Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Production Maintenance Tech to repair and maintain critical manufacturing equipment, execute preventive/predictive maintenance, and lead projects such as mechanical upgrades.

This role requires 2+ years in maintenance within pharma or GMP settings, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read mechanical/electrical diagrams. Shift flexibility and safety compliance are essential in our Los Angeles facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; trade/vocational cert preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on maintenance in manufacturing or GMP/FDA environment.
• Equivalency: 2 years experience or an Associate Degree/vocational cert in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Able to read mechanical/electrical diagrams and P&ID drawings.
• Proficient with SAP & AMMS is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and be on-call if needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and upgrade production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and project work.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment per manuals and specs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to schedule work.
• Identify parts, supplies, and upgrade opportunities.
• Adhere to FDA regulations and safety policies.
