Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions, LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 1st shift (4x10) to install, troubleshoot and maintain production and facility equipment. The role requires strong mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills and the ability to read manuals and schematics.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and reliability of our manufacturing systems. Prior PLC exposure and HVAC familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of manufacturring experience.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills, with some PLC experience and HVAC understanding.
• Experience with Bindery and Finishing equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and the plant facilities.
• Provide emergency repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts and test repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
