O'Neil Digital Solutions, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and automation skills, with PLC and HVAC familiarity. You will read manuals, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills; PLC experience and HVAC understanding.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds; read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Perform simple machinist duties when required; inspect and diagnose equipment issues.
• Repair and replace components, test and adjust to ensure proper operation.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance tasks; follow safety rules.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and use tools and meters as needed.
