Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions in Texas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.

Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is preferred, and candidates with diesel mechanic exposure are encouraged to apply. You will read manuals, perform preventive maintenance, use hand and power tools, and support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate, or GED, with 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical skills, with some PLC experience and HVAC understanding.
• Experience with Bindery and Finishing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds without restriction.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform basic machinist duties and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
