Lone Star College-Tomball is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform beginner-level maintenance, repairs, and installations on campus buildings, equipment, and systems. This role supports daily operations by ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Work cross-functionally across LSC campuses, participate in SOP improvements, and respond to maintenance requests promptly.

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing beginner-level maintenance, repairs, and installations on campus buildings, equipment, and systems. This position supports the daily operations of the college by ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, and staff.
This role works collaboratively across LSC campuses on special projects, recommend process improvement, and implement best practices in standard operating procedures (SOPs) across functional.
Hiring salary range is: $33,540 - $38,571
Lone Star College provides a hiring salary range for all posted full‑time non‑faculty positions. Where your salary offer would fall in that range is determined by your related experience and education.
