Responsibilities include daily property upkeep, managing service requests, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A valid driver's license and EPA certification are preferred. Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act.
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Complete tasks, trainings, logs, and reports in a timely manner.
• Support curb appeal and building/grounds cleanliness.
• Handle on-call duties and possible overtime.

Requirements

• Education:
  • High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
• Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
  • Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
  • Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Skills & Certifications:
  • EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
