Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across building systems.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and mechanical ops.
• Experience developing and monitoring safety and ergonomic programs.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
