Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.

• Familiarity with handling money and using office machines.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the hotel to guests.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Perform front desk functions, including checking guests in and out.
• Assist with breakfast and evening service.
• Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food prep, setup, guest service, and clean-up.
• Maintain integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
