Job summary

Responsibilities include basic repairs, inspections, help with seasonal maintenance, and responsive service to residents. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC or EPA knowledge preferred.

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks including painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and apartments to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with furniture setup, seasonal maintenance, and make-ready tasks.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on more complex repair projects and preventive maintenance.
