Acento Real Estate Partners is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team in the Washington, DC area. You will perform basic maintenance, respond to resident requests, and assist with seasonal tasks to keep our communities well maintained.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in maintenance, a high school diploma, basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.
