Responsibilities

• Manage and complete resident service requests.
• Read and follow supervisor instructions for cleaning and maintenance.
• Plan work schedules to ensure adequate resident service.
• Complete daily tasks and meet deadlines.
• Assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances under supervision.
• Paint and maintain hallways, doors, and common areas.
• Report inventory needs to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Lead small tasks and cooperate with the team to meet building goals.
