You will plan schedules, respond to service requests, and assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance tasks to maintain a safe, functional living environment.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, teamwork, and meeting deadlines while supporting a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance technician experience required.
• Painting experience required.
• HVAC certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete resident service requests.
• Read and receive instructions from supervisor for cleaning and maintenance.
• Plan work schedule to ensure adequate service for residents.
• Complete daily tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain inventory and assist with repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances).
• Paint and maintain hallways, doors, and common areas.
• Ensure safety and proper use of tools, supplies, and chemicals.
• Report to Maintenance Supervisor on maintenance activities.
