Job summary

Marcella Post Acute is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our 180-bed facility well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for residents, staff, and visitors. The role is full-time and runs Wednesday through Sunday, with a pay rate of $22 per hour.

You will perform a range of tasks across painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other systems, troubleshoot issues, and support preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance experience including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet-based systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment for safe operation.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend system longevity.
• Document work orders and communicate updates using basic computer systems.
