Qualifications

• Previous property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community's interior and exterior conditions.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Keep curb appeal: clean grounds and pressure wash as needed.
• Rotate on-call duties with the team.
• Manage inventory of parts to control costs.
• Collaborate with vendors and teammates to serve residents.
