SPM, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents. You’ll handle repairs inside and out, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and respond to service requests within 24 hours with care.

Qualifications

• Property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of maintaining the community's physical condition inside and out.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours, quickly and carefully.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Help maintain curb appeal: cleaning grounds, pressure washing exteriors.
• Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours/weekends.
• Keep inventory of parts to control maintenance expenditures.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors; go the extra mile for residents.
