Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our 504-unit community in Florida. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing while delivering strong resident service and keeping homes in excellent condition.

Qualified applicants will have a valid driver’s license, be within a 30-minute commute, and may hold HVAC/EPA/CFC certification. We offer competitive benefits, retirement plan, and paid time off to support your growth.

• Maintain interior and exterior areas per standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance tickets and communicate with residents.
