Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 300-unit apartment community in West Palm Beach, FL. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, and keep interiors and exteriors well-maintained.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with standards, compliance and laws.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
